These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of verowater.ae (the "Website") and your dealings with VERO Water ("VERO", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website, or by requesting a quote or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
VERO Water supplies custom branded bottled water and commercial fridge solutions to businesses across the United Arab Emirates.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Website by any other party.
Prices, quantities and delivery timelines shared via WhatsApp, our contact form, email or phone are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by VERO Water. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where production capacity, delivery area, or minimum quantities are not met.
By submitting a logo, artwork or other brand assets for production, you confirm that you own the material or otherwise have the right to use it, and you grant VERO Water a license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order. You remain the owner of your own logo and brand assets at all times.
All fridges supplied by VERO Water, whether purchased outright or provided free of charge under our loyalty program, become the full property of the receiving business once delivered. VERO Water does not loan, lease or rent fridges, and does not retain ownership of any fridge after it has been supplied. Eligibility for the free fridge program is assessed and confirmed by our team on a case-by-case basis before a unit is allocated.
Once a fridge has been delivered, responsibility for its use, placement, maintenance, electrical connection, and safekeeping rests entirely with the receiving business. See Section 8 (Limitation of Liability) below.
Delivery areas, timing and schedules stated on this Website are indicative and may vary based on order size, location, and our production queue. We will communicate any material change to delivery timing where possible.
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, the VERO logo, and page design, is the property of VERO Water unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our prior written permission.
All products supplied by VERO Water, including branded water bottles and fridges, whether purchased or provided free of charge, are supplied on an "as-is" basis once delivered. To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, VERO Water shall not be liable for any damage, loss, malfunction, spoilage, injury or other harm arising from the use, handling, storage, installation, or operation of any product we supply.
This includes, without limitation, property damage, electrical faults, leaks or water damage, and any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Risk in each product passes to the receiving business upon delivery, and VERO Water is not responsible for how a product is used, maintained or operated after that point.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the Website, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
