Terms applyHow the Free Fridge Program Works
The free fridge program is reserved for businesses that commit to an ongoing VERO Water supply arrangement. Eligibility is generally based on monthly order volume, contract length and consistent reordering, and is confirmed by our team on a case-by-case basis before a unit is allocated.
Fridges provided under this program become the full property of your business once allocated. This is not a loan or rental. There is no ongoing servicing commitment from VERO Water once the fridge has been handed over. Full terms are shared and agreed with your business before installation, so there are no surprises later.

Delivery & Installation
We deliver and install fridges across all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Our team will help you pick the right model for your space, footfall and bottle volume, then handle delivery, placement and setup.

Who owns the fridge under the free program?
You do. Fridges provided under the loyalty program become your business's property once allocated. VERO Water does not retain ownership and does not loan or rent fridges.

Yes. Purchasing a fridge outright does not require a long-term commitment, though most clients pair it with regular VERO Water orders.
